Maybe you’d like to get started with fitness, but you have some anxiety around the gym and you haven’t solidified the foundational habits. Whether you want to find the right way to work out at home, or you’d like to build confidence in the gym, I made this with you in mind.

    Every exercise has modifications, most of which are explained in the videos. We can work around any limitations--this program is meant to meet you where you are today without assumptions. I'm always available for individual discussion.

    No. The six weeks can be performed without advancing into a gym--and you're open to making the decision of optionally extending your practice on the sixth week. I built out strategies to get you in the gym if that's where you want to be.

    You'll have the foundation to continue training on your own, either at home or in the gym. I like to show you how to use all of the tools which drive progress. I'm open for more extensive individual coaching after the program.
