Working out regularly. Looking the same. Wondering what's missing.

Hitting the gym like it's a chore, trying to tap into real muscle growth. It's easy to lose enjoyment of the process itself, especially when you know the basics, but you're not sure what'll get you to the physique and fitness you know you can earn. If you're not sure what to do, defaulting to the same lifts on the same cadence and hitting the same plateaus, I want to work with you.

"It's good having a cheerleader in a way—you know, that's what's one thing nice about a trainer, they're there to support you. Being able to modify the workout program to what I was feeling and what you were sensing. To keep the flow going—I think you do that well."

— Tom, Client

You're Probably Working Hard Enough

Most people push harder on a problem that needs a strategic solution. Maybe you're doing everything that people say you do, or you're following pointers from the sea of advice on the internet. I guarantee that with the same amount of work, applied differently, you'll make gains.

I went through the motions for a long time. Once I learned and applied fundamental fitness principles, I could assess what actually causes growth, mobility, and health.

What Actually Works

There are just a few key changes that you need that will set you on the right path.

Training can be both systematic and intuitive. You'll learn to trust yourself and your judgment, listen to your body, and let it tell you what needs to be done.

Enroll in the 90-Day Program

Training should be dynamic, going with the ebb and flow of life. You can set yourself up for success and learn that you're building a lifestyle with the side-effect of being jacked. My goal as a trainer is to make myself obsolete as quickly as possible so that you can lead, but I'll be here for you for as long as you need.

Month 1: Foundations, Habits, and Enjoyment

Goal: Identify gaps that are holding you back and solidify habits.

What you'll learn: How to structure your training, address any questions on form, and how to track your progress without it being a huge change to your life.

Month 2: Learning Momentum

Goal: Start seeing progress and remove doubts that you're on the right path.

What you'll learn: Exercise substitutions, how to approach new lifts on your own, and mind-muscle connection to achieve the feeling of being a "fitness person."

Month 3: Mastering the Tools

Goal: Learn that you can drive progress for yourself, and how to navigate around future obstacles.

What you'll learn: The principles behind effective training and how to celebrate your body as it evolves over a lifetime.

Who I Am

I used to work as a software engineer before I decided to go full-time as a personal trainer, artist, and content creator. I believe that fitness doesn't need to be your entire life-- we can all find ways to balance our profession, passions, and our fitness. My background influences how I approach training-— do the right thing at the right time with a system in place, but don't put anything into a box. Body awareness and intuition has driven the majority of my consistency over fitness.

I've been lifting for a decade, following different splits, trying different systems. I tracked like crazy then I ignored it entirely. I've taken month-long breaks and had other periods where I'm in the gym daily.

Above all, I've learned that you have to learn strategies that _actually_ drive growth, but do what's enjoyable for you. I've been fortunate to share this system with those in my community and with clients through the internet. Trust yourself that you can learn that fitness becomes a thing that you want to do as a celebration of your right to move-- the chore becomes the reward.
